(1) Any kind of suit against any person in any court for having acted or intending to act in good faith in accordance with this Act or any rule, regulation, order or notice or instruction under this Act. Or legal action will not be taken.
(2) No claim shall be made if any person suffers any loss or damage due to non-receipt of foreign exchange by the Government of Nepal or the bank or the licensed person (except in case of deliberate or negligent act).
