Rule 74
Accident notification

(1) In case of any kind of accident or loss in the establishment, the person who has received the permit shall submit a detailed report in the format as per schedule-14 and send it to the electricity inspector.
(2) After receiving the information according to sub-rule (1), the electricity inspector may conduct necessary inspections to find out the cause of such an accident and may order the licensee to take protective measures to prevent such an accident from occurring again. It will be the duty of the licensee to comply with such orders.
