Section 72
Dwadamyad
(1) An offense under clause (a) of section 62 shall be appealable at any time.
(2) An offense under clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of section 62 shall not be filed after the expiry of six months from the date of knowledge of such offence.
(3) In the case of offenses other than offenses under sub-section: (1) and (2), no appeal shall be filed after three months from the date of such offence.
