Section 90
NA

(1) Subject to this Act and the regulations made under this Act, the Board may make regulations on the following matters:-
(a) In relation to the conduct of business of the Board,
(b) Regarding the conditions and facilities of service of the employees of the Board,
(c) Regarding the financial administration of the Board.
(2) In making the regulations according to sub-section (1), the Board shall take the consent of the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Finance in the matter of additional expenses to the Government of Nepal.
(3) The Board may make guidelines, procedures and standards as necessary on technical matters related to the operation of railway services without prejudice to this Act and the regulations made under this Act.
(4) The regulations, guidelines and procedures made by the Board in accordance with this section shall come into force after being approved by the Ministry and such regulations, guidelines, procedures and standards shall be published for public information.
