(1) For the purpose of section 7, the department shall manage and operate the guarantee account as required.
(2) If the judgment or order made by the court to confiscate the amount deposited in the bond account as per sub-section (1) is final, such amount shall be tied up in the income fund or ordered to be tied up by the department.
(3) The operation of the guarantee account and other arrangements shall be as prescribed.
