(1) According to sub-rule (5) of rule 3, the mountaineer team shall deposit the amount as per Schedule-9 to the Ministry for waste management before taking the information (briefing) related to mountain climbing.
(2) The amount deposited as per sub-rule (1) shall be refunded only after submitting to the ministry proof that the waste has been managed in accordance with this regulation.
