In these Regulations, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires, –
(a) "Act" means the Tourism Act, 2035.
(b) "Permit" means the mountain climbing permit given to the mountain climbing team to climb Himalchuli in accordance with this regulation.
(c) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation.
