(1) According to rule 17, the person who wants to get permission to operate the organization should deposit the following amount before the council:-
(a) Five lakhs and ten lakhs respectively for conducting junior technician or polytechnic related training,
(b) Twenty-five thousand rupees for conducting technical and professional training other than what is written in clause (a).
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in clause (a) of sub-rule (1), if the same institution wants to conduct more than one training, it shall deposit half of the amount mentioned in that clause for each additional training.
(3) Institutions that have received approval to conduct training before the commencement of this rule shall deposit the bond amount to the Council within one year from the date of commencement of this rule.
(4) The organization that does not deposit the bond amount within the period as per sub-rule (3) shall deposit the bond amount that is insufficient as per sub-rule (1) and that amount to the council within the period specified by the council for a one-time late payment.
