Section 181
Liability of adopter or adoptee

(1) The responsibilities of an adopted son or a person keeping an adopted daughter will be as follows:-
(a) To arrange upbringing, health, sports, recreation and proper education for the adopted son or daughter-in-law as per their dignity and ability,
(B) To protect the rights and interests of the adopted son or adopted daughter.
(c) To use the authority according to paragraph-5 of this part.
(2) If the person holding the adopted son or daughter-in-law does not fulfill the obligations under sub-section (1), the adopted son or daughter-in-law may separate his share.
