Section 57
Punishment for apostates
If a person commits apostasy without doing the work required according to the Guthi document, inscription, donation letter, etc., such a person will be fined up to five hundred rupees and such person can be made to act according to the Guthi document, inscription, donation letter, etc. The Mahant, Pujari, Guthiar and other officials who do not do so can be dismissed and another person can be appointed.
