Section 100
Disclosure of securities
: (1) If the shares or debentures of a company are listed in an organization that operates the securities market, after the director informs the company in accordance with section 94 about the shares or debentures of such company, the company shall immediately inform such organization.
(2) The information received under sub-section (1) shall be published by such organization in the manner it deems appropriate.
