(1) If the defendant is in police custody, a copy of the indictment registered with the tribunal and the related written evidence shall be given to the defendant as soon as the indictment is registered.
(2) In the event that a deadline has been issued in the name of the defendant according to Rule 9, duplicate copies of the indictment or related evidence shall be sent on behalf of each defendant with the deadline. However, no matter how many defendants there are in one household, only one copy of the indictment and related written evidence will be sent.
(3) In the event that the time limit has expired by posting or broadcasting or publishing the notice in accordance with Rule 9, the defendant may obtain the copy obtained in accordance with this rule from the tribunal after the defendant appears in the tribunal.
(4) According to this rule, the indictment and the copies of the relevant evidences required to be given to the defendant shall be submitted along with the indictment when the plaintiff party registers the indictment.
