Fee (1) When taking a copy of a document related to a case in court, the following fee should be submitted:-
(a) Three rupees for each page of foolscap size in case of copy given by the court, (b) Two rupees for each page of foolscap size in case the applicant moves the copy himself.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in clause (b) of sub-rule (1), the petitioner shall not be allowed to move the copy if the court can give the copy.
