Rule 23

(1) In addition to the duties, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in the Act and these regulations, the other duties, duties and powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:-
(a) To keep the scope of the appeal and the final decision of the missiles properly, (b) according to the prevailing law - give a copy of the missile document,
(c) After the completion of the entire document submitted to the court: To return the certified copy to the concerned party,
(d) To verify documents submitted to the court in accordance with the law,
(e) Considering the workload of the court, asking the parties on the date to fix the date,
(f) To see whether the missile documents related to the case are attached or not, or if they are not attached, to attach them from the relevant agency,
(G) Timely implementation or execution of the work according to the order of the court,
(h) to take the necessary actions regarding the use of information technology in the court,
(i) Monitoring the administrative work of the employees working in the court and giving appropriate instructions.
(2) The registrar should involve the court staff and hold meetings as needed and review the work done by the court and the problems that have arisen and find solutions and make arrangements for keeping records.
(3) The registrar may delegate any of the rights granted to him according to the Act and these regulations to his subordinates as needed.
