In order to update the maps according to this paragraph, municipalities, village development committees and related government offices should provide timely information to the surveyor branch with details of the construction work done by them.
(2) After receiving the information according to sub-rule (1), the map of the parcel surveyor shall be updated by the concerned surveyor branch and other map departments.
