Rule 106
Depositing cash
(1) If the party has to pay cash or deposit in the court due to fine or any other reason, it should be filed in the financial administration branch.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the cash amount or bond amount is to be deposited, the financial administration branch shall also accept the cash amount or tie the income to the bond and cut three copies of the receipt.
(3) Out of the three copies of the receipt as per sub-rule (2), one copy shall be given to the person filing the amount or bond, the second copy shall be sent to the relevant branch to be included in the relevant missile and the third copy shall be kept in the financial administration branch.
(4) The court may make necessary arrangements so that the amount to be paid according to sub-rule (1) is settled through the bank designated by the court.
