If it is necessary to implement the objectives of this regulation, the superintendent may request the assistance of the municipality or village development committee and if such assistance is requested, the municipality or village development committee shall also provide assistance in the following matters:-
(a) To inform the people of the concerned area about the vaccination site,
(b) attending the children within the respective area at the specified place and time,
(c) A member of the municipality or village development committee will be present at the carving site and provide necessary assistance in the carving work, and
(d) Provide necessary incentives to provide maximum support to guardians of children in vaccination.
