(1) A government vaccinator may go anywhere other than the place of vaccinating as per sub-rule (3) of rule 3, if called by a person outside of office hours for the purpose of vaccinating, and if he goes in such a manner, he shall accept the remuneration as per sub-rule (2).
(2) For the purpose of sub-rule (1) the person who engraves shall pay for each call Rs. 1.- One rupee and the family of the person calling in that way will be allowed to take the salary at the rate of additional ten paise for each vaccination.
