Rule 10
To apply for renewal
(1) in council; A registered national sports association or federation shall apply to the council for renewal every year by attaching the following documents at least fifteen days before the expiry of the valid period of registration as per subsection (9) of section 26 of the Act:-
(a) Registration number and date of certificate registered with the Council,
(b) Annual Report of the previous year,
(c) Statutes of the Sports Association,
(d) Future Action Plan,
(e) Date of Periodical Election of Working Committee,
(f) List of incumbent officers of the Executive Committee,
(g) Audit report of previous financial year,
(h) Copy of proof of permanent account number of sports association.
(2) Upon the application received as per sub-rule (1), the council shall examine and renew such sports association or federation by taking the renewal fee as per schedule-1.
