- Within thirty-five days of the payment of the financial year of the firm registered in accordance with this Act, an application in the format of Schedule 1 (b) along with the receipt specified in Schedule 2 (b) shall be submitted to the concerned department. If the application is submitted within that period, the relevant department will have to notify the registration fees and registration certificate of such firm. No firm should be run under the same name without renewing it.
