::- In this Act, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise, - (a) "business" means industry, commerce, profession or profession as well. (b) "prescribed" or "as prescribed" means this Act or established under this Act (c) "Other person" means any person other than a partner in relation to a partnership firm. (d) "Notified Order" means any order published by the Government of Nepal in the Nepal Gazette. (e) "Related Department" means Department of Commerce, Supply and Consumer Interest Protection for the matter of commercial firms and the Department of Industry for matters of other industries other than that, and the term shall also refer to the department or office of the provincial government that looks after commerce and industry for the matter of commerce and domestic and small industries.
