No shares should be transferred in the name of a minor or an adult. However, if the parent of a shareholder of a minor or an adult or a shareholder dies or becomes insolvent or falls into the custody of a creditor, then the person entitled to the shares in his name shall submit the certificate of such share and the certificate of his right to the satisfaction of the committee in the name of such person as required.
