Section 52
Minors or non-residents shall begin the statute of limitations

(1) If a person who has to file a complaint is a minor, the limitation period shall be deemed to have started from the day he became an adult.
(2) If the person to file a complaint does not stay at his home address before the period of limitation begins, the period of limitation shall be deemed to have started from the day he arrives at his home address.
(3) If a person does not remain at his home address after the commencement of the limitation period, the period during which he is not at his address at the beginning and end of the limitation period shall be counted as the period, if the complaint is filed within the period of the limitation period, it shall be considered that the complaint has been filed within the limitation period. If the period is less than fifteen days, then the period of fifteen days will be considered to have expired.
