(1) Health workers or health institutions who want to register their names with the committee for their own safety shall attach the documents and application fee of Rs. An application should be submitted to the committee.

(2) Upon examining the documents with the application received under sub-rule (1), if the committee finds it desirable to register the name of the health worker or health institution, the name of such health worker or health institution shall be listed in Schedule-2 and Schedule respectively. -3 shall be registered in the registration book.

(3) The list of health workers and health institutions registered as per sub-rule (2) shall be updated by the committee.
