(1) The name of the applicant whose name has been decided to be registered by the council according to section 15, the registrar shall register the name of the applicant in the registration book and issue the name registration certificate to the applicant in the prescribed format.
(2) When preparing the registration book according to sub-section (1), separate registration books shall be prepared for pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
