(1) According to sub-rule (1) of rule 8, the name of the applicant whose name has been decided to be registered by the council shall be registered in the registration book and the registration certificate shall be given to the applicant in the format as per schedule-3.
(2) According to sub-rule (2) of rule 8, if it has been decided to register the name of a non-Nepali citizen in the council, such non-Nepali citizen shall be given a name registration certificate only after specifying a period.
