(1) If anyone does health business contrary to section 20 of the Act, he will be fined from 25 thousand rupees to 1 lakh rupees.
(2) If anyone does anything other than what is written in sub-rule (1), he will be fined from ten thousand rupees to thirty thousand rupees.
