Pharmacists or pharmacy assistants who wish to register their names with the council must submit an application to the council in the prescribed format.
(2) Pharmacists and pharmacy assistants who are engaged in pharmacy business at the time of commencement of this Act shall submit an application for registration with the Council within six months from the date of commencement of this Act in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) Pharmacists and pharmacy assistants who apply for registration according to sub-section (1) or (2) shall attach the degree, certificate and other documents obtained from the educational institution along with the application and the prescribed fee.
