(1) In any of the following cases, the Council may order the removal of a member's name from the membership register book:-
(a) If convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge of moral turpitude,
(b) Failure to pay the fees payable to the institution,
(c) Failure to comply with professional conduct as per this Act and the rules made under this Act,
(d) in the event of impairment, or
(e) In case of death.
(2) If a person whose name has been removed from membership in accordance with sub-section (1) submits an application for re-membership by showing good reason, the council may decide to re-register his name and grant membership after receiving the prescribed fee.
