Rule 50
Deed of Namsari and certificates to be filed
When applying for registration of Namsari, the deed of Namsari, the certificate of the shares to be transferred and the certificate of the person transferring the name to those shares and having the right to do the transfer should be filed in the office of the Corporation. After submitting the receipt as per the rules, the shares will be registered in the name of the recipient. But the said matters shall not affect the right of the Committee under Rule 48 to refuse to register the names.
