Rule 7
Operation of the account of disbursed amount
According to Rule 5, the operation of the account of the name of the office in which the disbursed amount has been deposited shall be conducted by the joint signature of the head of the office or the employee designated by him and the head of the financial administration branch or the employee of the financial administration branch designated by him. In the event that the cash register of the financial administration branch is vacant or there is no cash register, such account shall be operated with the joint signature of the staff of the accounting group and the head of the office designated by the Office of the Treasury and Accounts Controller.
