(1) The exporter shall comply with the following conditions while exporting animals, animal products or biological materials or animal products:-
(a) The relevant quarantine officer should be notified thirty days in advance about the possible date of export along with the details of the type, race, species and number of animals to be exported,
(b) In the case of animals, the quarantine officer should have checked and marked them as exportable and should have obtained a health certificate from the veterinary officer,
(c) Vehicles used for export of animals, animal products or biological materials or animal products should be disinfected,
(d) Animal products or animal products to be exported should be tested by the Quarantine Officer, and
(E) The means of transport used to transport animals should be suitable from a technical point of view.
(2) Records of animals, animal products or biological substances or animal products exported according to this rule shall be kept by the concerned quarantine officer.
