(1) For the purposes of Section 18 of the Act, those who wish to obtain a letter of recommendation must submit an application to the department in the format of Schedule-6 along with a fee of three hundred rupees.
(2) If the application as per sub-rule (1) is received, the department shall give a recommendation letter in the format of Schedule-7 to the applicant after conducting the necessary investigation and recommending it.
