Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, the liquidator may distribute to the depositors of banks or financial institutions undergoing compulsory liquidation a maximum of one lakh rupees per account in the form of advances to be reconciled at the time of deposit distribution. (2) Advances given under sub-section (1) According to section 94, adjustments should be made while making the payment.
