(1). According to this paragraph, after receiving such land and determining the compensation or compensation for the private land of a person in the national forest, the divisional forest officer shall send the details related to the area, lot number and boundary of that land in writing to the land office and the relevant local level for deduction.
(2) If received in writing according to sub-section (1), within seven days, the property office of the land and the relevant local level shall deduct the tax of the land and give the information to the division forest office.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the division forest office shall send the details of deduction to the ministry and the provincial ministry.
