The duties, duties and rights of the controller shall be as follows:-
(a) grant of license to certifying body,
(b) To supervise and supervise the work of the certifying body,
(c) Determining the standards to be maintained by the certifying body in relation to the verification of digital signatures,
(d) determining the conditions to be followed by the certifying body while conducting its business,
(e) Determining the format of the certificate and the subject matter to be included in it,
(f) prescribing the procedure to be followed by the certifying body in dealing with clients,
(G) To establish a computer data base to be accessible to the public by creating a record of the information disclosed by the certifying body in accordance with this Act and to update the data base,
(h) To do other work as specified.
