(1) If there is reasonable cause to suspect that someone has violated this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Controller shall have the right to access any computer system, equipment, device, data, information system or any material connected to such system. > (2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the controller may instruct the owner or other responsible person of any computer system, equipment, device, data, information system or any material connected to such information system to provide technical or other assistance as he deems necessary.
(3) It shall be the duty of the concerned person to follow the instructions given under sub-section (2).
