Section 29
Power to make rules and regulations
– (1) The Council may make necessary rules to implement the purpose of this Act and the rules so made shall be applicable only after approval by the Government of Nepal.
(2) Subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act, the Council may make necessary regulations.
