- In order to effectively organize the veterinary business in Nepal and to organize the registration of veterinarians according to their qualifications, since it is desirable to establish the Nepal Veterinary Council, Parliament has made this Act in the twenty-seventh year of the reign of Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev.
