Section 25
Power to make rules and regulations
(1) The Government of Nepal may make necessary regulations to fulfill the purpose of this Act.
(2) The committee shall conduct its internal work subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act, can make necessary regulations regarding real estate maintenance and protection and financial administration.
