Regarding the conduct of worship, 21.1.6 Regarding the development work within the Pashupati area, 21.1.7 Regarding the Ayasta of the Guthi within the Pashupati area, 21.1.8 Regarding the operation of the Chut Guthi under the Rajguthi and the Dev Devi Math Temples within the Pashupati area under the private Guthi. , 21.1.9 on other necessary matters.
