(1) The Government of Nepal may make rules to carry out the purpose of this Act.

(2) Without adversely affecting the generality of the rights conferred by sub-section (1), rules may be made in particular in the following matters:–

(a) Personal incident notification form to be filled in accordance with this Act and Regarding the registration book kept in the office of the local registrar,

(b) Regarding the certificate of registration of individual events,

(c) Copy of certificate of registration of individual event and inspection of registration book regarding customs,

(< span lang="NE" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;">d) Creating a family file Regarding prescribing the required details or questionnaire format,

(e) regarding correction of details, 

(f) Regarding registering the child's name and changing the registered name.
