in this Act unless the subject or context requires otherwise,– (a) “personal event" means the birth of a person, Death, Marriage, Remember divorce and migration. (b) “Migration” Nepal for a period of more than 6 months ……… within a villageLika or another from the municipality Migration to village or municipal area or abroad or migration from abroad should be remembered. (c) “Registrar” means the registrar or local registrar appointed or designated in accordance with section 3. (d) “Head of Family” A senior breadwinner or family caregiver–Must be remembered as a nurturer. (E) “specified” or “as specified” means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
