Section 31
Power to regulate
(1) The Board shall have the full authority to regulate or cause the parties related to transactions through the licensed institutions and the commodity exchange market.
(2) For the purpose of regulating as per sub-section (1), the board may issue orders or instructions or issue notices or circulars on matters deemed necessary.
