(1) The Committee may make rules to fulfill the purpose of this Act. Those rules shall not be enforced unless approved by the Government of Nepal. (2) Rules may be made in all or some of the following matters in particular, without having any adverse effect on the generality of the rights given by sub-section (1):- (a) About the working method of the committee and the procedure of the meeting of the committee. (b) about the delegation of authority by the committee to the administrator and the administrator to the officers and other employees under him, (c) the appointment, promotion, transfer, dismissal, salary, allowances, pension, gratuity, leave, conduct, discipline and conditions of service of the fund officers and other employees and About the formation, (d) About the conditions related to the acceptance of the lease on behalf of the fund without prejudice to the prevailing Nepalese laws, (e) About the procedure for making the seal of the fund, (f) ………………. (g) The identity card is lost, torn or unclear. about giving new identity cards to employees if they are blurred or erased, (h) about making investments by the fund, and (h) about organizing all the work that the fund is supposed to do under this Act in general.
