Section 6

Tax Exemption in relation to House and Branch of Mission

Foreign states and head of mission shall be exempted from all other national, local taxes and dues except those payable for providing special services in relation to house and branch of mission.

However, any party entering into an agreement with a foreign state, delegation or head of delegation will not be exempted from any tax or dues to be paid according to Nepalese law.
