In addition to the work, duties and powers specified elsewhere in the Act and these Regulations, the other work, duties and powers of the Inspector shall be as follows:-
(a) To monitor whether the conditions and restrictions prescribed in relation to the transportation and use of plants, plant products, biological control agents, beneficial insects and other items are being followed and if they are not being followed, to make them to be followed,
(b) Assisting the organization in identifying pest-free areas, pest-free production sites and less pest-infested areas.
