The work, duties of inspector in relation to additional postage shall be as follows:-
(a) To inspect the additional posts in the district generally once in 6 months,
(b) submit the inspector's report to the district post office and send a copy to the regional postal directorate,
(c) Provide necessary assistance to solve the problems faced by the additional post office in the course of inspection.
