Unless the subject or the context requires otherwise, in these Regulations –
(a) "Inspector" shall mean the District Post Inspector.
(b) “Postal Representative” shall mean the principal person appointed to conduct additional postal operations.
(c) "Distributor" means a person appointed to deliver postal items on behalf of the Additional Post Office.
(d) "Postage bearer" shall mean the person appointed to carry the mail from the additional post office to the respective post office and to bring the post office from the respective post office to the additional post office.
(e) "Relevant post office" shall mean the additional post office appointed by the Regional Director of Posts to issue postage stamps, postal stamps and other valued postal documents and to perform other related duties.
