Rule 95
Things to consider when inspecting

(1) In a court where more than one judge is employed, for the purpose of inspection in accordance with this rule, the chief judge shall appoint the inspection body and the judge in consultation with other judges.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the judge who inspects the office of the body or officer hearing the appeal shall, in addition to the matters mentioned in the prevailing law, also examine the following matters-
(a) Pending cases,
(b) Whether the adjournment is in accordance with the law or not? Isn't the adjournment action taken on time?
(c) whether the records, register books and other documents are properly and systematically kept or not”
(d) Court fees, fees have been collected according to law or not?
(e) Are the range and interceptor missiles safely stowed or not?
(f) Are note books and payment forms not duly attached to the missile?
(g) Whether the details of all the documents in the payment form are correct or not?
(h) Are the law books as required and kept safe or not?
(i) Whether the work according to the instructions and circular regarding the execution of the judgment has been completed on time?
(n) Whether the instructions given during the inspection have been followed or not? ॥ (k) Whether or not the relevant letter of appeal and the letter of evidence have been sent on time or not? (l) Whether the arrangements for meeting the deadline have been properly made or not? (d) Whether the deadline has been met within the statutory period or not? (d) Are Dashi's belongings properly kept or not? (N) Is the work done properly according to the judgment?
